Recirculating AquaCulture System commonly known as RAS has been gaining momentum for sustainable and efficient Aquaculture harvesting. The key component of the entire system is the Biofiltration process based on MBBR media which removes produced Ammonia from the water to reduce its toxicity to the growing stock.
Levapor carriers have been successfully utilized for the Ammonia removal system in RAS. Dabie Hatchery, one of the largest Salmon Hatchery in Europe has been using Levapor carriers for their requirements. Over the past few years We have done more than 15 such projects and keep adding to the list.
