Try (1) septic tank plus passive wetland or (2) septic tank plus aerated wetland for higher loadings. Phytocube™ or Forced Bed Aeration™ wetlands

If you are looking for something that small, I agree with the septic tank or tanks. Or take a look at composting toilets.

Assumption
Number of persons in house 5
Water Supply liter per person per day 150
Sewage generated 80%
Total sewage generated per day, l 600
Sewage will be first treated in anaerobic Bioreactor and then overflow goes to ZENT (Zero Energy Natural Treatment. Treated) water can be used for WC flush and irrigation.
