Are you in the United States? If so, remediation of algae requires a licence to do so. I have been licensed for 37 years in that field. There are national organizations and regional meetings that address this. The penality for doing this work without a license includes jail time and heavy fines. That work for us is now a division of the company I own, which freed me up for more chemical work.

Excuse me, I Looked up the name but confused to find one from Israel and one in Germany. There were gigantic machines and one diagram of a small unit with laser lights. Is this correct?

Greetings Barry,
One of our main functions in bio-remediation is algae control. Our unique, patented, plant extract technology successfully reduces phosphates, phosphorus, nitrates etc that is the food source for algae blooms. We successfully reduce these parameters below the 0,2mg/l level required for Cladophora (string algae) and Blue-Green Algae (Cyanobacteria) blooms. Our products don't kill algae like with an algaecide, hence the widespread use in Aquaculture systems where phytoplankton is required. We have sufficient experience in algae cycles to be of assistance with information to support your workshop. You are welcome to email us.
Regards
Dave

Excuse me sir. Did you want Remediation technology or Bioremediation technology. The 2 words are used by novice environmentalists. Since the control and cleanup of algae blooms are quite simple and inexpensive may I know the purpose of this question. I sincerely doubt there are sufficient numbers of experts to establish a workshop. You may wish to run a few FAQ's past your experts to get a better idea of their knowledge. 1. what species is primary to bloom removal? 2. what is an average cost.eg cents per gallon etc.? 3. what is the average time for a cleanup?
