Roberto Canziani, Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano
About
MSc Civil Engineering in 1981, he got his PhD in 1987 after an 18-month research internship at the Water Research Centre, Stevenage (UK). He is author or co-author of more than 90 international publications, 32 of which are indexed on Web of Science – ISI. His scientific activity has been devoted to industrial applications of environmental technologies such as biological wastewater treatment processes, oxidation processes for industrial wastewater treatment and sludge treatment and management technologies.
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL
Since November 1st, 1999 he holds official courses as an associate professor in Sanitary Environmental Engineering at Campus Como, Politecnico di Milano at BSc and MSc levels. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Doctoral Course in Environmental and Infrastructure Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. He has been tutor or co-tutor of 14 PhD pupils, advisor or co-advisor of more than 60 M.Sc. students and advisor of more than 40 B.Sc. students.
