About

Management of the Zero Mass Water business development and sales activities in Africa. Focusing on driving revenue growth by building and supporting a distribution network. Engaging and managing relationship with key stakeholders to drive market participation which include Governments (local, state, national), companies (developers, industrial, multinationals), multilateral banks and NGOs.
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the business unit establishing the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
•    Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
•    Collaborating with Governments on initiatives and programs.
•    Lead and direct region sales organization to exceed sales plan and achieve regional sales goals.
•    Support Global business development manager to develop and execute value based pricing.
•    Establish and maintain industry’s key contact relationships.
•    Play a key role alongside the Business Development team in developing external relationships and seeking out opportunities for strategic partnerships across the region, ensuring effective relationship development and management of key contacts, partners, distributors and other stakeholders.
•    Represent ZMW at conferences and external forums.
•    Hire, train and retain individual regional team members’ and define performance objectives to execute ZMW strategies and role requirements.
•    Compile, review and act to meet company standards for goal state performance.
•    Communicate processes and policies to customers, partners, distributors and sales force.
•    Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of market developments across the region, including any key policy changes, ensuring the information is shared to inform and innovate future service and product delivery.
