I did my graduation in Civil Engineering with elective subject of Water & Sewage Treatment.

Through my carrier I was fortunate enough to work on utilities projects in construction & supervision as well as bidding.

1978-1983 worked in Riyadh on a project Water Distribution Network consisting of PVC and AC pipes and another project of sewerage mains (GRP & VC pipes) and house connections (PVC pipes).

1989-1993 Actively involved in successful construction of four projects for Ministry of Water & Electricity involving overhead water reservoirs and minor distribution network at various locations in the interior of Oman.

1992-1996 Instrumental in managing various water works and sewerage projects in Oman such as Irrigation mains from Al Khuwair STP to various embassy areas and sewerage mains from embassy areas to the STP including a pumping main from a new pumping station involving submersible pumps, valve chambers, washout chambers, air valve chambers, etc. Played a key role in project entailing replacement of water mains network for the Ministry of Defence including all valves, flow meters, etc. Successfully managed all functions in treating water mains from Al Ansab STP to Sultan Qaboos Road including 5000 M³ reservoir, fully equipped pumping station, float valves, surge vessel, flow meters, washouts, air valves, control valves and pressure regulating valves. Instrumental in upgrading of Darseit STP treated water reservoir by adding 5000 M³ new reservoir and upgrading the irrigation mains supply. Contributed to treating water mains from Sohar STP to the Sohar city including variable frequency drive pumping station, washouts valve chambers, air valve chambers, float valves, reservoir at the end of the mains and connecting from the reservoir to the existing irrigation network. Essayed an integral role in project of main pumping station collecting sewage from the Sohar city, encompassing submersible pumps, valve chambers, rising main terminating in a second pumping station and further rising main from the second pumping station to the Sohar STP, connection to the existing provision at the Sohar STP including complete telemetry system along the pumping mains which consisted of various valve chambers, air valve chambers and pressure regulating valve chambers.

2003-2005 Played a pivotal role as Project Manager in Qatar from start to completion of  EPIC project of New Dukhan Sewage Treatment Plant for Qatar Petroleum.

2005-2007 Efficiently functioned as Project Manager for Surface Water Drainage Project at Abu Hamour and  Azizia Ground Water and Surface Water Drainage Project for ASHGHAL.

2007-2013 Significantly contributed to handling of tenders ranging to USD 500 million or more of utility pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, roads & highways, reservoirs, electrical works, mechanical works including substantial oil & gas tenders. The detailed list in available in my CV.

2014 - Present have been acting as Technical Advisor at Self Employed. Involved in fields of my expertise.
