A Licensed Professional Engineer based in Florida with over 27 years of engineering expertise.  Holds a current NCEES Model Law extension to his PE licensure that provides fast track reciprocity as engineer-of-record in all 50 states and internationally.  Holds a Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering from a top-tier accredited University obtained in 1990.  Core discipline in fluid systems/process systems engineering for both non-compressible and compressible fluids.  Fields of experience include water/wastewater treatment, solid waste, maritime and jet/rocket propulsion.  Extensive engineering from design through construction and inspection, from small to large-capital projects.  Specifics include fluid dynamics/hydraulics, pipe networks, transmission lines, pumping systems, tankage (up to 5 MG), valving, etc.  Other areas of expertise, including substantial hands-on experience, with electrical/controls, high/low voltage, panel systems, PLC automation, sensors and wiring.   More recent clientele with direct engineering analysis and design of projects involving finite element analysis, high temperature gas bleed systems, steel structures/machine design and piping systems involving some cryogenics.  Through the years, Mr. McCall has gained significant experience in permitting and regulatory (federal, state and local), with more recent projects as Engineer-of-Record.  Early years began with HVAC Sales Engineering and continued to develop a solid history including management/leadership to currently directing his own small engineering firm.
