EXPERIENCE SUMMARYFollowing my graduation from Akdeniz University and completion of my military duty in 1998, I started working for Agakim as chemist in laboratory, dealing with equipment and analyses techniques with the target to improve existing product quality as well as developing new products.
After a year, started to work as Technical Supervisor, giving technical support to customers in Turkey and (to) at different parts of the world.
From 2002 to 2011, I worked for GE Water & Process Technologies as Mediterranean Region Key Account Manager, managing commercial and technical business unit with the major achievement of increasing the business volume by 150%. Helped in resolving critical issues related to sales and escalated to different sales stuff through proper coordination.
I developed unique methods of sales enhancing strategies and management techniques that have helped multiplying sales and subsequent profit.
In 2011 I started working for Ashland-Birlik Water Proces Technologies (a new joint venture in water and process treatment field) as Busines Development Manager with the responsibility to develop and implement the business, marketing and technical organization models in Turkey. I also have managed to form local technical team to support our customers in the region.
Built up and trained new members of the sales force with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Identified resource requirements and assigned responsibilities to different sales members through proper coordination.
Achieved to cope with dynamic market conditions and developed sales & management of key accounts with extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
I have the ability to use sales and marketing tools like customer relationship management, innovative value generation plans, by focusing CTQ‟s of customer needs.
